LiLA&M-Motors, LLC. Is here to provide consumers with the design in the radio controlled vehicles designed to match your ride. They are not responsible for misuse of products, nor are they responsible for any damages that may be caused by the product or caused to the product. There is only a 15-day guarantee on all products provided by LiLA&M-Motors, LLC. Company only provides service on devices not misused or damaged done to internal/external features such as L.E.D's, Wires, Circuit boards damaged by water, soil or other weathered material that may interfere with products proper use.

Guidelines
You may return merchandise to a LiLA&MMotors, LLC. In the us. or by mail to our return department. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

14- Days return period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on R/C (Radio Controlled Cars) Products Only.

Exceptions
Labor and/or installation services Items that are abused Opened R/C (Radio Controlled Cars) Products Parts. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened R/C (Radio Controlled Cars) Products. These fees apply unless the item is defective, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

missing item or damaged product fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Damaged or defective items
If you return a damaged or defective item (not caused by consumer) by mail or to LiLA&MMotors, LLC, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the local area or online. To make sure the online store has your product in stock, call Care at (407) 658-7519.

personal data
Please remove all personal data (e.g., Invoices, Shipping Labels) from any returned products. LiLA&MMotors, LLC is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.
Terms are simple and not to be over looked and are subject to change at the company's will. If any questions about terms feel free to contact a sales manager ASAP or at your earliest convenience.

LiLA&M-Motors, LLC. Is not held responsible for children under the age of 18 years old miss using this web site in any way shape or form. Any individual will be prosecuted for copyright laws or misconduct of this site. Parents or Guardian's are fully responsible for children's behalf and children should consent a parent or guardian before viewing our web site at all times. These terms are also subject to change at any time and we leave it up to our customer to make an adult decision before taking any action on the terms above.

shipping
LiLA&M-Motors, LLC. Is not responsible for lost orders or delayed orders do to shipping or postal issues. We will work to help track all orders fast as possible and hope to have a smooth process. Returned items are subject to shipping cost paid by consumer (purchaser of products). Please also keep in mind some orders may take longer than others. The latest an order will take to ship out is 3 weeks. If in fact it does take longer we will contact the consumer ASAP. All orders will have a tracking number of some kinds; shipping is normal done by UPS, FedEx, or Standard Mail.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.

It is impossible to guarantee product compatibility for product recommendations. We provide information and suggestions to the best of our abilities based on the information available to us at the time. We are unable to guarantee successful outcomes.

All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. The LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) Satisfaction Guarantee is not transferable. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) is the responsibility of the seller, not LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com). LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) may revoke the ordering privileges of customers commercially reselling our products.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA. International radio frequency and electric current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) cannot provide CE certification documentation.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) publications are subject to change. LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, LiLA&MMotors, LLC. (matchyourride.com) reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
